The Importance of Training

Education and a thirst for knowledge which I have written about before here have always been a big part of my belief system.

Over the last 30 years I have attended countless training courses in sales, negotiation, first aid, working at heights etc, the list goes on, I have been able to learn something from all of them.

Many of these courses try to squeeze as much as they possibly can into a one or two day courses because that is what the budget allows and time permits.

The reality is there is no such thing as a quick fix and, like a can of Red Bull, it wears off quickly with people, being human, falling back into the same old habits.

My Sales Mastery Program is designed to embed sustainable behaviour change by incorporating all of the learning techniques above because we learn in different ways and at different times – being open to learning is critical, as the saying goes – “Uncoachable kids become unemployable adults” – something we all best avoid.
